INTRODUCTION:
The mobilization of fat in Tilapia zillii, j.e, its storage or withdrawal in the
different fish organs, is mainly influenced by the feeding and breeding activities
of the fish. Such mobilization is followed, in this study. through tracing the
monthly variation of both the percentage of fat and its saturation in the liver,
muscles ar d gonads in relation to the condition of these organs described in the
first paper.
